Thanks to hands-on experience gained in the field, we are able to service the various components of the system, rapidly identifying the causes of any malfunctions and restoring the machine to proper operating conditions. We perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, performance checks, and vacuum system inspections. Activities may include leak detection, the inspection and overhaul of rotary vane, Roots, and turbomolecular pumps and cryogenic systems, as well as the verification of pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and process components.

We also handle the maintenance and recharging of cryochillers and Polycold systems, the replacement of worn components, sensor calibration, and the optimization of operating parameters.
